Board of Directors
The nonprofit Foundation. established in 1982, accepts and administers all donations and bequests. It distributes the interest accumulated to elementary and secondary activities of the Keystone Central School District.
The Foundation Board of Directors consists of 15 members. The Board is comprised primarily of community members with representatives from the School Board, KCSD Administration and the Teachers Association.
